All orders are subject to product availability. While we make every effort to keep our inventory accurate, some items may occasionally become unavailable.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you and offer the option to:

  • Wait until the item is back in stock

  • Receive a full refund for the unavailable item

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping options are displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

  • Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days — FREE

  • Standard Shipping: 3–4 business days — £15.00

3. Delivery Area

We currently deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

4. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.

5. Delivery Address Changes

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to make any changes.

When available, tracking information will be sent after your order has been dispatched, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
